What is CO₂NCRETE? +
CO₂NCRETE is a carbon-negative building material made from carbon, CO₂ and industrial by-products — carbon ash, lime sludge, and silica sludge — that absorbs CO₂ from the atmosphere. Solid blocks, 100% cement-free, permanently sequestering carbon.
How is CO₂NCRETE different from traditional bricks? +
Traditional bricks burn clay and release CO₂. CO₂NCRETE absorbs and locks CO₂ during curing.
| Parameter | Traditional Brick | CO₂NCRETE |
|---|
| CO₂ Impact | Emits ~0.4 kg CO₂/kg | Sequesters 0.5 kg CO₂/kg |
| Cement | 40–60% cement | 0% — Cement Free |
| Fire Resistance | Standard | 1.5× more resistant |
| Water Absorption | High (10–20%) | Lower rate |
| Cost | Baseline | Up to 50% cheaper |
| Raw Material | Fertile soil (clay) | Industrial waste |
| Build Time | Baseline | Up to 10 days faster |
Who are your target customers? +
🏗️
Construction Companies & Builders
Firms seeking lower material costs, faster timelines, and green certification compliance (GRIHA, LEED).
📐
Architects & Designers
Professionals designing eco-friendly structures needing certified, carbon-negative materials with consistent quality.
🏛️
Government & Infrastructure
PMAY, Smart Cities, public infrastructure projects promoting green building mandates.
🏭
Power Plants & Heavy Industry
Waste generators — power plants, steel plants — who need compliant, cost-effective disposal solutions.
What impact have you created so far? +
500–600 kg of industrial waste recycled every day. 5+ completed projects across government, healthcare, and residential. Each brick offsets 0.5 kg CO₂/kg and absorbs up to 100 kg CO₂/year. See our Impact section for full details.
What are the physical properties of CO₂NCRETE bricks? +
CO₂NCRETE bricks are engineered for high performance across all key construction metrics:

Water Absorption
0.90–1.05 W/m²
Thermal Conductivity
0.10 kg CO₂/kg
